Pulse input on H1 interface

Postby ErikHells » Mon Jan 02, 2017 23:47

I recently bought a H1 interface and it works perfectly!

I have a question regarding the pulse inputs on the interface. Is there any schematics for a minimal LED-reading circuit that can be used? Unfortunately my heat pump and my electricity meter is a couple of meters away from each other. Will cable length be an issue?

Thanks!

Hi
Cable length will not be an issue. I use a normal "tele cable" EKKX and have over 10 meters. No problem.
It should be possible to find a light sensor circuit by googling. But I know it may be a little tricky to set up. Cable connected to S0 connector on meter is the best.
